Social Studies Flipped Lessons
What is a flipped class??
Hi parents!
We are trying something new this year for our geography unit on maps and globes. We are going to try and flip the classroom! What does that mean? That means that your child's homework will be to view content prior to coming to class so that we can spend our class time practicing what they have learned. Your child is more than welcome to view each video more than once for additional reinforcement or enjoyment. Please have all of the online pieces done by the night before so that we can have fun practicing our new skills the next day.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at [email protected] as I will be available to help you with any procedural or technical problems that may arise and will be checking my email throughout the evening to help if need be.
Have fun and lets get flipped!!!!
